Hey there, welcome to Grounded Circles.
Do you feel a desire to connect, share, and build a sisterhood? Are you sensing there is some feeling or emotion to tap into, but don't know why or how? Are you looking for genuine connection, compassion, reflection to deply honour womanhood?
This is a gathering for all those that want to be seen, heard, freedom to express their feelings, thoughts, to feel their power, femininity, find their way, and to come as they are. All women and mothers welcome.
This circle will be a 2 hour gathering discussing: Sex and Sexual Empowerment. Guest Host: Tamara Logan
We will be discussing:

About our special guest, Tamara Logan!
Tamara Rae Logan was born the New Year's Baby in Kelowna in 1975. (and she…) Her claim
to fame is even greater when she proudly lets you know, “I beat the boy. By 18 minutes” .
She is a hopeful romantic and the bad ass single mama of a teenage man-child.
Teaching Yoga, Bellyfit and movement classes has always been to connect people with how awesome they truly are. (and some places give her a Mic, which is like giving her whisky.. She is in happy land!) Her Mantra at the end of class is “Ohhhhh my god, I am sooooo awesome!”
For over a year she dedicated evenings and weekends, days, nights, (and any time in between) to absorb and integrate the teachings of integrated Sex,Love and Relationship Coaching with Layla Martin. In creating a deeper connection to her own pleasure she aspires to guide others to the life of orgasmic pleasure aka Lifegasm, they may have only dreamed or whispered of.
As a Pleasure & Sexuality Coach, Tamara holds a space of deepest love and highest good with express permission to explore the inner and outer edges of your Pleasure and Sexuality. Drawing from Tantra, modern psychology and her own desire to be fully awake and orgasmically fueled, she seeks the same for you. Her greatest hope and faith is to continue to expand her own concepts of self love and pleasure seeking, to make possible the expansion and redefinition of the way women (and in their lovers by proxy!) think and connect with themselves and each other on a deeper and ever sweeter level.
