Sistership Circle, a global organization devoted to fostering feminine empowerment, creates nurturing spaces where folks connect deeply and uplift one another through supportive circles. Here, personal stories unfold in a shared, compassionate environment that nurtures growth and collective transformation.

A 2 hour virtual celebration where we empower and liberate our special mamas by showering them with gifts, love, and affirmations to build a container for her to draw from when she descends into birth.

Welcome to the Real Talk + New Moon Circle. This is a unique gathering because of the thinned veil, the new moon asks us to reflect on the past 28 days, the energy behind this event is to share your thoughts and feelings with others.

These circles are going to be done from my intuitive perspective. No plans for topics, just arriving and letting an organic conversation and connection come about. I’ll do my best to keep it to an hour, it depends on how many show up, it may go longer.

Week 3 - The Mirror of Circle: When we gather and listen to each other’s stories, we sometimes can feel triggered with a negative experience. In this week, we are going to learn how to identify that and share it.

Sometimes stuff can get real, and in honour of authenticity and allowing transformation, we need to learn how to express a trigger.

Let’s switch our mindset from survive to thrive, even if it’s just for an hour, come to circle with the intention of experiencing genuine connection and vulnerability.

The circles will have the same flow and awesomeness as they do in-person (or as close to it as we can get): Meditation, Singing, Movement, and Connection.

Okay! We made it through Week 1, for those that joined, if you’re new (and more importantly interested), fear not, you are SO welcome to join and participate in circle.

We are Cracking into Vulnerability: Going into the Shadows and starting the process of moving through them. Everything done in circle is with permission, we do not force or have any intension of harm, yet to create human connection, experiencing vulnerability is how we exchange in this experience.

Do you struggle with truly, fully and unconditionally loving yourself? Are your acts of self-love saved only for special occasions where pampering is involved?  

Many women believe that at the very core of our beings that we are not worthy or deserving, or that it is somehow selfish, wrong or over-indulgent to show or shower love upon one.

It is time to clear away anything and everything that blocks or diminishes self-love. Because the more you love yourself, the more you can love others. But it starts with YOU.

We will be using the wisdom, guidance and medicine of Cacao in this month’s circle to support us in opening our hearts and clearing all that has been in the way of us indulging ourselves in self-love.

The phases of the moon are connected to the phases of our cycle. When we embrace the phases of the moon + support our cycle within these phases, there is a sense of balance and harmony attained.
